Very Scary Halloween Fun at The Clay Studio

It’s that time of the year again when witches and wizards, ghouls, demons and other unsightly folk come out and have fun. It’s your chance to join in the fun at The Clay Studio in Christchurch where painting pottery can become really frightening.

The highlight of our celebration is the annual Kidz Halloween Party which takes place at 6pm on Thursday 30 October. Our Studio will the place to be seen and be scared with all sorts of creatures of the night descending on Christchurch to paint the scariest pottery pieces. This annual event is pre-booking only with child and adult tickets available at The Clay Studio. Alongside the scary painting items there will be apple bobbing, a fiendish non-alcoholic cocktail and prizes for the best fancy dress. Further details are available on the Kidz section of

A special Halloween painting Workshop takes place on Thursday 16 October from 7-9pm where painters can create a superb and fun Halloween house plate. The one-off Workshop costs just £25 inclusive of all materials, glazing & firing and tuition. The completed plates will be available for collection within seven days. Places are limited on this Workshop and pre-booking is essential.
